Terrakora (“Website”) is owned and operated by Pranaglow Foods (OPC) Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

By accessing or using this Website, you (“Buyer”, “User”, “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

1. Nature of Business

Terrakora is a B2B wholesale supplier of origin-verified wild and natural ingredients, sourced from India’s forest, tribal, and natural farming regions.
We supply bulk/raw/semi-processed ingredients to small and mid-scale manufacturers, traders, dealers, distributors, retailers, and exporters.

We do not operate as a marketplace for consumers.
Purchases are strictly B2B and governed under commercial trade standards.

2. Eligibility to Use

By using this Website, you confirm that you are:

  • At least 18 years of age

  • A business entity, manufacturer, dealer, distributor, exporter, or authorized commercial representative

  • Legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Indian law

We reserve the right to verify your business credentials before processing any order.

3. Product Information & Availability

All product details, origins, specifications, images, and descriptions on Terrakora.com are for general informational purposes only.

Important conditions:

  • Natural products may vary in color, aroma, moisture, and active content.

  • Batch-wise variations are normal in wild, forest, and tribal-origin ingredients.

  • Availability depends on seasonal harvests, climatic conditions, and sourcing volumes.

  • We may modify, discontinue, or limit any product without prior notice.

We do not guarantee that the Website content is error-free, although we strive for accuracy.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices listed on the Website, quotations, or proforma invoices:

  • Are indicative and subject to change without notice

  • May vary based on batch, origin, season, and quality

  • Are exclusive of GST, transportation, and other applicable charges

Final pricing is confirmed only through:

  • Official quotation

  • Proforma invoice (PI)

  • Purchase order (PO) approval

Taxes are charged as per prevailing Indian GST laws.

5. Orders, Acceptance & Contract Formation

An order is considered confirmed only when:

  1. Buyer issues a written Purchase Order (PO)

  2. We issue a Proforma Invoice (PI)

  3. Buyer completes advance payment as required

  4. Company confirms order acceptance in writing

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject orders

  • Limit quantities

  • Cancel POs for non-payment or non-compliance

No contract is formed until all above steps are completed.

6. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms:

  • 50% advance on confirmation

  • Balance 50% before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed

  • For repeat clients, terms may vary on mutual agreement

Accepted modes:

  • Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)

  • UPI for smaller orders

  • No credit terms unless officially approved

Delayed payments may attract interest as per agreed commercial terms.

7. Dispatch, Delivery & Logistics

We ship via cargo, transporters, or logistics partners.

Conditions:

  • Delivery timelines are indicative, not guaranteed

  • Goods travel at Buyer’s risk, unless insurance is specifically requested

  • Risk and title transfer to the Buyer once goods leave our facility

  • Inspection at delivery point is Buyer’s responsibility

Any transport damage must be reported directly to the transporter.

8. Quality Assurance & Testing

Terrakora performs internal QC checks including:

  • Moisture

  • Purity

  • Sensory evaluation

  • Basic physicochemical parameters

Third-party lab testing (NABL/FSSAI) is available on request at Buyer cost unless included in the quotation.

Note: Wild and natural ingredients may vary due to environmental factors. Acceptable tolerances will be defined in the PI.

9. Returns, Replacements & Rejections

Due to the nature of B2B raw materials, we follow strict policies:

Returns Not Accepted For

  • Buyer’s change of mind

  • Batch variations inherent to natural products

  • Improper handling/storage by Buyer

  • Goods damaged after delivery

Eligible for Replacement (Case-by-Case)

  • Wrong product supplied

  • Clear quality deviation from mutually agreed specs

  • Documented contamination or adulteration proven within 7 days

Buyer must provide:

  • Photos/videos

  • Sample analysis (if required)

  • Batch details

  • Invoice copy

Our decision after review is final.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Terrakora.com including:

  • Text

  • Images

  • Designs

  • Brand assets

  • Product descriptions

  • Sourcing narratives

  • Logos and trademarks

is the property of Pranaglow Foods (OPC) Pvt Ltd.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any content without written permission.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Website for:

  • Misrepresentation or fraudulent activity

  • Reselling Website content

  • Data scraping, copying, or competitive intelligence

  • Illegal or unauthorized activities

  • Interfering with Website security

We reserve the right to block users who violate these terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

  • Liability is limited strictly to the invoice value of the disputed goods

  • We are not responsible for business losses, profit loss, or operational disruption

All products must be independently validated by the Buyer before use in formulations.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Pranaglow Foods (OPC) Pvt Ltd against all claims arising from:

  • Misuse of products

  • Improper storage

  • Resale in violation of law

  • Non-compliance with your local regulatory requirements

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, unless otherwise specified by the Company.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Website implies acceptance of updated terms.
