We supply bulk/raw/semi-processed ingredients to small and mid-scale manufacturers, traders, dealers, distributors, retailers, and exporters.

We do not operate as a marketplace for consumers.
Purchases are strictly B2B and governed under commercial trade standards.

2. Eligibility to Use

By using this Website, you confirm that you are:

• A business entity, manufacturer, dealer, distributor, exporter, or authorized commercial representative

• Legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Indian law

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices listed on the Website, quotations, or proforma invoices:

Final pricing is confirmed only through:

• Official quotation

• Proforma invoice (PI)

• Purchase order (PO) approval

5. Orders, Acceptance & Contract Formation

An order is considered confirmed only when:

1. Buyer issues a written Purchase Order (PO)

2. We issue a Proforma Invoice (PI)

3. Buyer completes advance payment as required

4. Company confirms order acceptance in writing

We reserve the right to:

• Reject orders

• Limit quantities

• Cancel POs for non-payment or non-compliance

No contract is formed until all above steps are completed.

6. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms:

• 50% advance on confirmation

• Balance 50% before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed

• For repeat clients, terms may vary on mutual agreement

Accepted modes:

• Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)

• UPI for smaller orders

• No credit terms unless officially approved

Delayed payments may attract interest as per agreed commercial terms.

7. Dispatch, Delivery & Logistics

We ship via cargo, transporters, or logistics partners.

Conditions:

• Delivery timelines are indicative, not guaranteed

• Goods travel at Buyer’s risk, unless insurance is specifically requested

• Risk and title transfer to the Buyer once goods leave our facility

• Inspection at delivery point is Buyer’s responsibility

Any transport damage must be reported directly to the transporter.

8. Quality Assurance & Testing

Terrakora performs internal QC checks including:

• Moisture

• Purity

• Sensory evaluation

• Basic physicochemical parameters

Third-party lab testing (NABL/FSSAI) is available on request at Buyer cost unless included in the quotation.

Note: Wild and natural ingredients may vary due to environmental factors. Acceptable tolerances will be defined in the PI.

9. Returns, Replacements & Rejections

Due to the nature of B2B raw materials, we follow strict policies:

Returns Not Accepted For

• Buyer’s change of mind

• Batch variations inherent to natural products

• Improper handling/storage by Buyer

• Goods damaged after delivery

Eligible for Replacement (Case-by-Case)

• Wrong product supplied

• Clear quality deviation from mutually agreed specs

• Documented contamination or adulteration proven within 7 days

Buyer must provide:

• Photos/videos

• Sample analysis (if required)

• Batch details

• Invoice copy

Our decision after review is final.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Terrakora.com including:

• Text

• Images

• Designs

• Brand assets

• Product descriptions

• Sourcing narratives

• Logos and trademarks

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Website for:

• Misrepresentation or fraudulent activity
