1. Overview
This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all B2B purchases made through Terrakora.com, including all inquiries, orders, bulk shipments, and contractual supplies.
Because we supply raw and semi-processed natural ingredients, our logistics and return rules follow strict B2B standards to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties.
2. Shipping Policy
2.1 Dispatch Timeline

Orders are dispatched only after receipt of advance payment or as per mutually agreed terms.

Typical dispatch time: 2–7 working days depending on product, batch availability, and QC.

For seasonal or rare ingredients, additional sourcing time may apply; this will be clearly communicated during order confirmation.
2.2 Logistics Modes
We ship through:

Transport agencies (road cargo)

Private logistics partners
-
Buyer’s nominated transporter (if preferred)

Courier services for small consignments
The mode will be chosen based on weight, location, and buyer preference.
2.3 Freight Charges

Freight charges are borne by the Buyer, unless expressly included in the quotation.

Freight varies by destination, weight, and load type (parcel / cargo / full load / part load).
2.4 Risk & Title Transfer

Risk transfers to the Buyer as soon as goods leave our warehouse/godown.

Insurance is optional and must be requested before dispatch.

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by transporters.
2.5 Delivery Time

Transit times vary based on courier/transporter performance.

Delays caused by strikes, weather, road restrictions, natural calamities, or transporter inefficiencies are beyond our control.
3. Receiving & Inspection by Buyer
Upon delivery, the Buyer must:
3.1 Check the outer packaging

Look for tampering, leakage, damaged bags/drums, or broken seals.
3.2 Note issues on the transporter’s POD

In case of visible damage, write remarks while signing delivery copy.
3.3 Inspect internal goods within 24–48 hours

Validate quantity
-
Basic QC such as aroma, color, moisture feel (macro level)

Ensure no contamination or mixing
3.4 Store goods immediately

Use cool, dry storage
-
Follow recommended conditions to avoid spoilage
Failure to inspect/store promptly voids return/replacement eligibility.
4. Return & Replacement Policy (B2B Standard)
Because these are natural/raw ingredients, we do NOT accept returns for:
❌ Change of mind
❌ Buyer’s internal formulation mismatch
❌ Variations in natural color, aroma, texture
❌ Shelf-life loss due to improper storage
❌ Damage occurring after delivery
❌ Unsold/slow-moving inventory
5. Conditions Eligible for Review (Case-by-Case)
We review a return/replacement request only if:
1️⃣ Wrong product supplied
2️⃣ Wrong quantity supplied
3️⃣ Major quality deviation from mutually agreed specifications
4️⃣ Batch contamination proven via evidence
5️⃣ Sealed containers found leaking or damaged inside packaging
6️⃣ Lab test (NABL/FSSAI) shows deviation from agreed norms
7️⃣ Error due to Terrakora’s packing or handling
6. Time Window for Raising Complaints
To ensure fairness and authenticity:

Within 48 hours for transport damage

Within 7 days for quality concerns

Within 7 days for quantity mismatch

Within 15 days if third-party lab testing is required
Complaints raised after these periods cannot be accepted.
7. Documentation Required for Claims
To evaluate a claim, Buyer must provide:

Invoice copy

Batch/lot number
-
Photos & videos (packaging + product)
-
POD with remarks if transport-damaged
-
Lab test report (if applicable)

Description of issue in writing
Without evidence, the claim cannot be processed.
8. Resolution & Outcomes
Based on evaluation:
8.1 Replacement

A replacement batch will be shipped if stock is available.

Freight for replacement may be shared or charged depending on fault.
8.2 Partial Credit Note

For minor deviations where goods are still usable.
8.3 Refund

Offered only if replacement is not possible and deviation is proven.
8.4 Rejection of Claim

If issue is unrelated to quality

If goods were mishandled or improperly stored by Buyer
-
If evidence is insufficient

If timeline condition is not met
Our decision is final after internal and/or third-party QC evaluation.
9. Storage Responsibility
Once delivered, the Buyer is fully responsible for:

Correct storage

Temperature & moisture control
-
Pest prevention
-
Maintaining original containers until use
Damage due to improper storage is not eligible for returns.
10. Cancellations
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled only if:

No custom sourcing was initiated
-
Packaging/processing has not started
A cancellation fee may apply.
After Dispatch
Cancellations cannot be accepted once goods leave our facility.
